Hero Spotlight: Michelle "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway"
1. What is a big challenge you had in the past and what did you do to overcome it? Life smacked me right upside the head, slapping me with a thyr... -
Hero Spotlight: Haylee "Today, I see myself and my breasts as enough"
A huge challenge I had to face in the last few years was learning that I had breast implant illness and FDA recalled breast implants. It was definitely a painful process to make peace with the fact that I needed to get my implants out and heal my body and my mind. I ended up creating a community called The Committee in the process of getting my implants out where we celebrate small boobs and talk about confidence and therapies that help heal body image. I ended up using humor as a way to celebrate being a part of the itty bitty titty committee again, and I found that there is a huge community of women who want to connect and share the struggles they face with body image. -

My energy is through the roof! Thankfully, I can truly enjoy life again. I am so thankful for Breast Implant Illness Healing with Nicole group on Facebook and of course, Dr. Chun in Newport Beach, CA. I am serious, I wouldn't be feeling the way I am without him.
I am strong, I am sexy,I am healthy and I am free of the toxic bags. Truth be told, I look so much better all natural!!!!

Hero Spotlight: Cindy "I have my youth back and I feel beautiful, and that's the most empowering thing"
I LOVE the way I look and how clothes fit. I feel beautiful in a bathing suit!!!!!! There's nothing like not having foreign implants in my body.
I'm so HAPPY now! I have my youth back and I feel beautiful, and that's the most empowering thing there is. -
Hero Spotlight: Whitney "Above all, value yourself"
I see myself today as a strong woman. I am proud of who I am! Going through struggles allows you to really learn about yourself. It is amazing to find out how interesting you really are. I like me!!! I know my body inside and out. I know how to make it run the most efficiently and healthy way. My body does a lot for me. I must honor it as it works hard every day. I only get this one body to live in and I love it! Every single day is a privilege not all get to have. -
Hero Spotlight: Lisa "I'm So Grateful to Be Alive"
I'm so grateful to be alive and to be able to do everything I want and need to do. I’m very happy with my body exactly the way it is. I know what it’s like to lose your health and abilities. I'm so lucky that my body is forgiving me for putting it through hell with three sets of breast implants. -
Hero Spotlight: Wendy "I was enough all along"
I often look back and wonder where along the way did the belief begin, “I am not enough?” Not beautiful enough, skinny enough or full chest...
